I understand that they were just out here in Cali, for that oddball 1:30 PM show in wherever it was. But come on, that's not a real tour date. I'd like to see at least a short Fall Tour if the Spring Tour can't make it to the West Coast. Or something in 2010.

I just checked the net for Fishfest.  I found one site that looked like it was selling tickets for $215 for the grass and over $500 for the Loge.  ????  So I called Transparent and s/w a guy named Jared.  He confirmed again that tickets are not going on sale until May 30th, Jars of Clay will be there (not sure why they are still not posting it!) and tickets will be discounted this year due to poor sales and the economy.  So good news and more good news but ya, it still sucks that it is a festival.

I'm not going to Fishfest and putting up with those other crappy bands (some of them may be good for all I know, but the lineup has become increasingly snooze-inducing since the one and only time I went in 2002) just to see an hour or less of Jars of Clay.

I can wait until 2010 for an actual tour to make it out here if I have to.
